Phenomenal Experience I think the salesman Mike, was by far the friendliest and kindest saleman ive ever met. He wasnt pushy or mean. He was very welcoming and made me and my family feel comfortable and at no point did he pressure me or try to utilize my family in influencing my decision towards buying a car. He took the time to understand my familys needs aswell as my own needs. He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire transaction and went above and beyond. He always remembered my name and greeted me and my family with a big smile and a friendly demeanor. He was very knowledgeable about the hyundai vehicles that are currently being sold, older models aswell as newer models and he made sure i was aware of everything there was to know about the sonata i purchased. We discussed safety features aswell as general maintenance. I cant believe i had such a positive and well phenomenal experience purchasing a car. Mikes a great guy and an awesome salesman. I will be referring him and Rosen Hyundai to all my family and friends. More

He asked us what vehicle we had in mind, what our budget was, and the features we wanted. He did not once try to steer us to a higher priced vehicle, or something we were not interested in. He provided a fair price and encouraged us to look elsewhere, which we did. We came back because of everything mentioned above and the 4 other Hyundai dealerships we visited were not as professional or listened as well. We received fair value for our trade in. We financed the vehicle through the dealership where we were provided a fair interest rate and terms that fit our budget. Service package options were well explained, and there was no pressure to sign up for these options. We would like to specifically mention Jon, our sales rep, Mike, who explained the service options, and the finance lady (sorry, don't remember her name) for their professionalism and pleasant demeanor. We will purchase here again in the future. More
