I had the pleasure of meeting with Mike Beck on two separate occasions while I was in the process of comparing different minivan brands. He did this by respecting my opinions and considering my needs, all without pressuring me to make a decision before I was ready. Mike even let me take the Sienna for a ride on the dealer's test track, pointing out its unique handling features (e.g. small turning radius). He even showed me how to synch up the bluetooth for hands-free phone operation! I would highly recommend Mike to friends and co-workers looking for a new or used Toyota. More

I went to Toyota of Naperville just to compare models between a civic, an elantra and a corolla. The moment we got out of our car, Mike Beck greeted us and opened the doors for us. When it was time to show us the car we wanted, he pulled in the car to the closest spot so we do not have to walk (it was pouring at the time). But the most satisfying experience we had with him is that honda and hyundai were offering us a certain amount for our trade in. Mike came in with the same offer and when we asked if he could do better, he got up right away and spoke to his manager and came back with a better trade in amount. Neither Honda nor Hyundai did that. Instead, they proceeded to tell us why they were only offering us that amount and nothing more. Overall, we bought the Corolla that Mike showed us and we could not be happier. Driving home we thought, everything happens for a reason and were glad it did since we are very satisfied with our experience with Mike and Toyota of Naperville. More

I always ask for him when I go there. The managers in used cars, Mark Croft, Bryan Lieser, and Mark Witt all helped me through the process, and although they were representing their company well, I believe they worked hard to get me a deal I was comfortable with. John Roncone worked with me, again to have a service package I was comfortable with, without undue pressure. I know they are trying to make a profit, and I am trying to get the best deal, and I appreciate that we can always seem to find a compromise. Toyota of Naperville continues to get my business, and I certainly service all my vehicles there. I have a Sienna, 3 Priuses, and now an almost new Prius V. I will continue to ask for Mike Beck whenever I go to Toyota of Naperville. More
