Mike Beck was excellent! ! Was able to answer all of our questions and was very personable. He was not pushy and listened to all of our concerns. He took the time to go over ! Could use some better negotiation skills being in a management position. Mike Kalis was also great and explained all the products in detail and helped us make the right decision for our situation. He gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do and helped us make the right decision for us. Zeke in the finance area was also personable and easy to work with. Took his time explaining everything which made it easy for us to understand. He should have mentioned the overall price of the warranties that were offered instead of only showing the difference in what the overall monthly payment would be. We didn’t realize the items we selected were not a package deal until we were at the reviewing stage. Otherwise he was great to work with as well. Our overall experience was positive. More

After reading reviews from the Romeville and this dealership, I knew exactly where I was going. I was looking for a specific color that I wanted on a 2024 Rav4. They didn't have it in stock, but Tim dealership, I knew exactly where I was going. I was looking for a specific color that I wanted on a 2024 Rav4. They didn't have it in stock, but Tim O'Connell found a dealership who did have it. Thank you for looking that up. Mike Beck was very eager to help and drove to Wisconsin, picked up the vehicle and brought it back to the dealership. Mike was polite, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me set up everything on my vehicle. I had them do the protection coating on the interior and exterior. They had to keep it overnight so they allowed me to take a loaner vehicle home. Upon returning the loaner the next day and picking up my vehicle, Dustin from the service department was AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable of any type of vehicle. He was polite, nice and also answered any questions. He even recommended a restaurant after asking him if there was any good places to eat. It was a great place he picked! I can not think of one negative thing to say. I would highly recommend shopping here for a new or used vehicle!! You all made my car buying easy! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!
