We had a great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW! We did our initial test drive with Giselle, she was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the features the BMW X3. We then worked with Preston O'Sadnick to find the right car for us. Preston was very helpful, answering questions over email and sending us information about new cars that they were getting in. Preston helped us find a beautiful new X3, and the entire process from test drive to paperwork was very easy. We also spoke with the general manager Mike Alder, who was also wonderful and answered all of our questions.
