I contacted the Dealership about a Kia Niro Ex (which is the vehicle I wanted). They had only one in stock and assisted me in finding a time to come visit as I do live over an hour away. Max and Miguel were great! But before purchasing the car, I called and spoke with Max. He transferred the call to the Alan, not quite sure who Alan is, but did not like him at But before purchasing the car, I called and spoke with Max. That was the reason that I did not want to come back to your establishment to purchase the car because I liked Max so much we decided to buy our car at your dealership.
