Bought a 2023 soul sales person continually told us this car is under warranty you’re so lucky no other dealership would do this it’s under warranty. Then when we got to the sales desk to sign the paperwork car is under warranty you’re so lucky no other dealership would do this it’s under warranty. We ended up spending 4000 over a budget because of this , did not appreciate last-minute information about the car. More

I took my Hyundai to get work on a possible axle or joint issues. A couple of days later, they finished the job and charged me $1800. Upon leaving the lot, the noise and issues were back. Now they said it was another issue. A week later I paid $2200 left the lot, and issues is still there. Now, I am not asking for special treatment. My car clearly states that I am a US Marine, and still I got robbed. So all you veterans out there, please avoid this dealership. So quick to say, thank you for your service, but will stick it to you every way they can. My name is Ruben Gonzalez. Red flag my fellow veterans. STAY AWAY!! More
