I was very impressed with the service manager, Amanda as well they gave me a loaner car whenever those are very rare the loaner car had a few issues after a handful or more days, and they easily told me how to contact Kia in and that they would reimburse me up to $45 a day on the Rent-A-Car so that really helped me as I’m a social worker and I have to travel for my job so I appreciate the service manager everybody in the department has been really helpful during the time that’s so hard like having your engine replaced and stuff so I’m just very happy to have them working on my team More

I had amazing help from Deborah and the service department really helped me but the overall experience I’ve had over the last two years dealing with KIA and this terrible engine in my car has been department really helped me but the overall experience I’ve had over the last two years dealing with KIA and this terrible engine in my car has been the worst experience ever. I’ve owned three KIAs and this KIA has just been lots of problems, plus the KIA service manager called me and blamed everything on me and read me reports like a child it was very unprofessional when I have owned three KIA’s. I am glad to get a new engine especially with paying to fix stuff for the last two years and breaking down several times, having to get my car towed several times but now it feels like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and I appreciate the help from Deborah but again my overall experience with KIA the last two years has been terrible because of the engine failure ✅ More
