The entire process was very simple and easy from start to finish. Miguel Mendez deserves a high praise as my salesperson. Not only is he extremely nice but a very honest and transparent man! He will tell you how it is and is very honest about the entire process. This was the first car that my boyfriend and I purchased together and he made it very comforting for us! Being first time buyer, he reassured us that we were being very taken care of! He is such a family oriented person which is the reason why we felt so comfortable with him! Took possession of a great deal on a CPO 540i xDrive from Miguel in the midst of the covid pandemic last May when my original daily driver was repurchased by its manufacturer for lemon law issues. I live 3 states away from Silver Spring, MD and Miguel could NOT have been more courteous, professional, and responsive via email to make the experience worth the trip up. In fact, while I cannot service my vehicle at Silver Spring, I will 100% look back to Miguel for any future BMW needs/desires before I even bother with my 3 local dealerships. An overall wonderful experience with the dealership. I found a CPO vehicle on the BMW website and the dealership set me up with Miguel. I test drove it one day and bought it the next. Not only was it a remarkable deal, they also threw in some accessories I had been eyeing. A total no-pressure experience from both Miguel in sales and Gen, who handled our financing.
