Phenomenal experience buying my new car at Colonial Honda I am so happy and glad that i made the right choice buying my car at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth. I am absolutely in love with my new Honda Accord 2018 and that too in my favorite color red lol. I loved their staff they are super friendly John Ferreira and Alex Alves was playing with my 17 month old son while i was busy doing the paperwork. Freddie Vinagre, Waleed Shah and Miguel Garcia are very knowledgeable they know what suits best for their customer they helped me with whatever information i needed at that time and helped me throughout the whole process of buying my new car. STAY AWAY !!!! I found the car i wanted a slightly used 2017 Honda Civic Sport Hatch, I had called and spoke with a manager and explained to him my trade and that i I found the car i wanted a slightly used 2017 Honda Civic Sport Hatch, I had called and spoke with a manager and explained to him my trade and that i knew i was upside down on the loan but wanted a fair amount for my trade he agreed and i proceeded to the dealership, upon arrival i was greeted by an internet sales girl and introduced to my sales man John Fererria who stated he had no knowledge of my prior conversations. i had stated we can slightly agreed on a trade price and a sale price of the car and that i came for this deal that was presented to me, he than grabbed the used car manager Miguel Garcia and went to inspect my trade, after this Miguel came over with a blank sheet of paper that he had wrote numbers with a red marker (old school sales tactic that is outdated) he stated that the manager i spoke with had gone home and that this is the deal he could do, i told him i wanted the deal presented to me and he stated he could not do that, i than said well i can not buy the car then and he continued to try to explain why he was so low on the trade price (they had the exact same car as mine on the lot for sale for 3 thousand over what i wanted for the tr ade value) i told him what i was willing to take, he kept leaving looking at his computer and then coming back raising his offer by $200 dollars, after multiple times of telling him that i would not take that and we will not make a deal at his awful price he said have a good day, i in turn went over to the GM Fred Vinagre and asked why they will not be fair and he stated he did not want to sell me a car and my business would be better elsewhere. well my business did go elsewhere and it was a very happy experience and when i told them what i thought was a fair trade in number for my car they said i was pretty much right on with it (and yes i was upside down i did my homework first) colonial was trying to take advantage and i would not let that happen so they did not sell me a car that day, be careful here and do your homework More

Tl;Dr: Andrea is great to work with, make sure y'all do your homework first! I came in knowing my budget, what model I wanted, and my alternatives. I worked with Andrea, who was fun and professional. I opened saying that I wanted a used CRV and gave her my price range. We found 4 cars that suited my needs, and then went out and inspected them. I made up my mind on which was the best for me and we took it for a test ride. The brakes were pulling and grinding, but the techs fixed that up the following morning. I took it for another test drive the next day and all was good in my book, so we talked price again. Andrea started with a price, I gave her a competitor's price, she talked to her manager and brought the price down and we shook on it. I had my own financing but their finance guy, Mike, was able to match it. Mike was a fast talker and tried upselling the warrenties. I know he was just doing his job, but I wasn't a huge fan. I did purchase the road hazard protection, so he was successful in selling me that hahah. They had the car ready to go in the time I was working out financing, transferred my plates, helped get my old car home, and even gave me half a tank of gas. It's day one with the car so I probably still have rose tinted glasses, but I'm happy overall putting myself 15.3k further into debt hahaha. More

I love my car I went to colonial after looking at 2 other dealerships for cars. Steve stayed late on a Sunday to make a test drive and working numbers possible. I really wanted to go through my own bank but Mike in financial services was able to give me a better interest rate then my own bank! Also dealt with the service manager Miguel who called me and spoke directly with any concerns and questions I had. They were accommodating to my requests and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I have a warranty that makes me feel at ease that I am covered and prepared for anything. More
