Dealership is fine. Website is not user friendly. Tried to schedule a non service appointment on your website. Unable to do that. Left a message at the dealership for Website is not user friendly. Tried to schedule a non service appointment on your website. Unable to do that. Left a message at the dealership for the service manager David or Dave around 9-17 to call me about an appointment. No return phone call. Send a email thru “contact us” a few days later about scheduling a non service appointment (I have a major rattle in the passenger side door). To date no response. More

Miguel was amazing. The dealership has really gotten their xxxx together with regard to timing. I was in and out in 2 hours which was fantastic. Previously, it took ALL The dealership has really gotten their xxxx together with regard to timing. I was in and out in 2 hours which was fantastic. Previously, it took ALL DAY, even for an oil change. My only complaint is: I had to buy and install a new battery on my 2021 car! I understand that, during Covid, some cars sat at the docks for months, impacting the batteries. If so, I was sold a car with a defective battery. That is a MAZDA problem. It should not be a LISA problem. At the minimum, Mazda should have done the installation for free. More

It was easy to check in. Miguel let me know when my car was ready. Nice waiting area and close to other places like Starbucks. Had to wait 2.5 hours for standard service. I brought my car in for a back window replacement recently. Miguel handled the communications with the glass company very well. Once the installer arrived, the job was completed very quickly.
