We were less than impressed the 1st time we rolled into the lot...Upon arrival one of the sales guys literally chased our vehicle through the parking lot, stood outside the driver's side door until we deci the lot...Upon arrival one of the sales guys literally chased our vehicle through the parking lot, stood outside the driver's side door until we decided we had to engage with him. He told us there would be no negotiation on the vehicle we inquired about - so we left. We called back the next day and spoke with Michelle Williams and she implored us to come back, sit down with Matt (the manager) and we did.
