Daniel Bryant, Jason Delaney, Chris Parsley, and Michelle Thomas are FANTASTIC to work with. Each individual provides amazing service, listens to the issues I was having and implemented a plan to make sure I was satisfied every time. Most recent experience with my old car and getting a flat tire; which you would've thought was the end of the world. Chris took excellent care of me. Making sure I knew that I would be taken care of and got my car issues solved in quick time. Since I purchased my last car from Dan I knew I didn't want to buy from anyone else. When I went to check out the new Buicks, Dan wasn't in the office yet. Jason happily showed me around and kept me company until Dan arrived. Then as always Dan made sure my car was perfect and had everything I required in my new ride. This includes going to check it several times as we were in the middle of the deal when I wanted to make sure it has this feature or that feature. He was very helpful with carrying my things from my old car to new since it was getting a new tire put on. He wasn't afraid to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the sale. Michelle then with her amazingly welcoming personality made it easy for me to feel comfortable signing my life away for my new 2016 Buick Verano. I LOVE my car! I love the staff!
