We bought a used car not long ago from Autonation and have had many problems with it. We wanted to trade in and just buy new. Our salesman we met was Rob Reisman, he walked through deciding what car we wanted. He was not at all pushy and was patient and helpful in us making an informed decision. They gave us the deal we needed and we got a great new car. More

My best car buying experience in 25+ years! Rob Reisman and the entire team deserve a big thank you. They've earned it. I've never had such a calm and "transparent" price negotiation in my 25+ Rob Reisman and the entire team deserve a big thank you. They've earned it. I've never had such a calm and "transparent" price negotiation in my 25+ years of buying vehicles. Everything was clearly explained and I never felt pressured. The car's myriad features and options were each discussed & reviewed by Rob. All of my questions were answered and the entire process was smooth, without seeming rushed. The manager (Rich Hollander) has good reason to be proud of his team. This is how a car dealership should run... Period. I was impressed. Every person that I interacted with was professional, courteous and genuinely wanted to help me. I will be highly recommending Rob (and the entire Win Kelly team) to my friends and coworkers. More

Rock Star Service I've purchased 4 cars from Win Kelly in 9 years. I have received nothing but exceptional service. Daniel Bryant, Jason Delaney, Chris Parsley, and Mi I've purchased 4 cars from Win Kelly in 9 years. I have received nothing but exceptional service. Daniel Bryant, Jason Delaney, Chris Parsley, and Michelle Thomas are FANTASTIC to work with. Each individual provides amazing service, listens to the issues I was having and implemented a plan to make sure I was satisfied every time. Most recent experience with my old car and getting a flat tire; which you would've thought was the end of the world. Chris took excellent care of me. Making sure I knew that I would be taken care of and got my car issues solved in quick time. Since I purchased my last car from Dan I knew I didn't want to buy from anyone else. When I went to check out the new Buicks, Dan wasn't in the office yet. Jason happily showed me around and kept me company until Dan arrived. Then as always Dan made sure my car was perfect and had everything I required in my new ride. This includes going to check it several times as we were in the middle of the deal when I wanted to make sure it has this feature or that feature. He was very helpful with carrying my things from my old car to new since it was getting a new tire put on. He wasn't afraid to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the sale. Michelle then with her amazingly welcoming personality made it easy for me to feel comfortable signing my life away for my new 2016 Buick Verano. I LOVE my car! I love the staff! I can't imagine buying a car from any where else! Thanks Win Kelly! More
