I have been to several dealership but nothing like this one. When I got my first car from Michelle, I was shopping online because I had just had a baby and it was very hard for me to go from one place to another looking for cars. Michelle reached out to me through email and found out what I was looking for and found me the car that I wanted. When I went to pick up the car, Michelle had everything ready for me to sign and she made my experience very pleasant. When I met her in person, she was very welcoming, friendly and detailed. When I got my car, she sat with me in the car and explained to me eveything I need to know about it and how everything worked. Now, my lease ended last month and ofcourse I didn't have to worry because I know that I knew Michelle's. This time around my experience was even beyond excellent. Not only Michelle helped me get the car I wanted but also delivered it to my house and brought all of the paperwork for me to sign. When I was telling my friends about my car buying experience, I felt so special. That's how Michele made me feel. Not just like a regular customer but an exceptional one.
