Extravagant Experience Buying a car can be confusing. Deciding style, color, and getting it all for the right price. I was a previous Ford customer and after experiencing driving a Cadillac I will NEVER drive anything else. Michelle was extremly knowlegable, had excellent customer service, and helped me through all of my confusion. Great Cadillac buying experience I was currently in the market to replace my leased Yukon Denali. I usually purchase through a local Chevrolet/GM dealer and therefore got prices on b I was currently in the market to replace my leased Yukon Denali. I usually purchase through a local Chevrolet/GM dealer and therefore got prices on both a Tahoe and Yukon. I've always liked the Escalades but always thought they were over-priced. I Googled Escalade dealers and found one at Les Stanford that included all the features I was interested in. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Michelle Sladovich and instantly she responded with information I asked for - no pressure, just answered all my questions quickly and completely. Needless to say the Escalade lease price beat out both the Yukon Denali and top of line Tahoe. They delivered it 300 miles away from the dealership to my worksite. I purchased it sit unseen---- and I LOVE my new Escalade! Wonderful buying experience and would recommend Michelle and Les Stanford Cadillac to anyone looking to buy or lease. More

We were given a tour and introduced to Sales Manager and Service Man This was our second purchase from Les Stanford and the experience was excellent. We were given a tour and introduced to Sales Manager and Service Manager. Both treated us like family. We were very pleased with our experience. Michelle Sladovich, was our sales person and she again exceeded our expectations. I do not believe I am a straightforward sale I do my research. Michelle went above and belong to close the deal. Spent extra time to working with her manager to put together a package that would win our business. She never promised anything she could not deliver. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process from the sale negotiations through the delivery. More
