High Level Michelle went above and beyond getting me into the vehicle I needed. More importantly it was done in a timely manner. She responded to all my questions immediately with direct and upfront answers. I have leased many cars in the past but this was by the easiest and most smooth process of all. My life and career rely on the client service I provide to my clients so this is near and dear to my heart. When I find someone who provides this level of service that is equal to the effort I put into my own work is extremely rare. There is no need to "shop around" when working with Michelle. She is on top of her game. Even after my lease deal was done I reached out to her with some concerns. She addressed those as well within minutes via email. I work long days and would not have been able to get this accomplished with anyone else. Thank you Michelle! See you in two years when it is time to get a new ride! More

2017 XT5 Cadillac I was in a car accident last week and the insurance company determined that my Cadillac was a total loss. I was very stressed as I didn’t have a car. I was in a car accident last week and the insurance company determined that my Cadillac was a total loss. I was very stressed as I didn’t have a car. I was worried that I would have to wait long time before I can go get a new car. A week after the accident, I made a trip to less Stanford Cadillac to see what my options were especially that I got my car at the end of last year and got a bunch of discounts. I asked to see Michelle and explained to her the situation. Michelle got into action right away and started looking for cars to match my old car. She not only was able to get me the car that I wanted but also got me every discount possible and made the transaction very smooth. She even delivered my new car to my house and brought all of the paperwork for me to sign at home. This is the third time I have worked with Michelle and every time she doesn’t fail to deliever an outstanding service. I think Michelle is really an asset to Less Stanford and they are really lucky to have her. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Michelle for all of her hard work. Keep it up girl! More
