The issue is not with the service writes and Tyler does and excellent job. The issue relies on the fact that a repair that should have been done months ago by the first technician whom didn’t do the full j and excellent job. In the process the broken part was jury rigged to make a sort of repair. I was never alerted to this and is unacceptable. More
