Herbie and Mike worked really hard to make sure they matched a deal that Honda Route 23 rescinded after I already paid for the vehicle. The team at Honda of Tenafly not only made my car buying experience amazing...their follow-up and follow-thru was second to none. My back was up against the wall and Herbie really showed concern and regard for my situation to help get me the best rate possible (and help make up for the experience I had at another Honda delearship - which was disturbing and unlawful to say the least). Herbie proved to be a man of his word and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He’s continued to show exemplary professionalism and follow-up after my purchase as well. Not only will I refer anyone I know in the hunt for an automobile to Honda of Tenafly, I will send them directly to Herbie Rosario. He’s the kind of employee a company could only dream of having on their team. He didn’t have to do what he did for me. He did it because that’s genuinely just his character.
