Horrible customer service. Sales person was not knowledgeable at all about the car/features. Sales person was also disorganized and disrespectful of our time. The entire buying process was a disast knowledgeable at all about the car/features. Sales person was also disorganized and disrespectful of our time. The entire buying process was a disaster from day one. We knew exactly what we wanted coming in the door so a simple order and purchase was expected, somehow they even messed that up! Thank goodness the manager stepped in to help make things right and facilitated the end of the process to go smoother. I hope our next car purchase will be a better experience. More
