Took my car in for a oil change. Rear window washer has had a chronic problem since purchased. Hoe either slips off or kinks weeks after it’s repaired. Normally, the Ford mechanic looks at it while the oil is draining and plugs it back in. Never charged me. This time I’m told “no trouble found” schedule another appointment. Is that “above and beyond”? Over all, I’ve been happy with this dealer, but this time was kind of a clinker. More

I’m always impressed with the customer service and friendliness at Hudson Ford Quicklane! Michaela McCann is a phenomenal service advisor and although the shop was short handed, the techs worked like friendliness at Hudson Ford Quicklane! Michaela McCann is a phenomenal service advisor and although the shop was short handed, the techs worked like a well oiled machine! In the two hours I was there I witnessed 5 oil changes, a tire repair, an install of a full set of tires and an alignment! Michaela and her techs are rock stars! I’ll continue to get my vehicles serviced at Hudson Ford even if and when I move out of the area! Hudson Ford Is lucky to have such a great crew! Kudos to Michaela and the guys in the Quicklane!
