Excellent timing.. Oil change and tire rotation (the Works), which Michaela promised in 30 minutes, actually was completed in 25 minutes. Last time it was done at anothe Oil change and tire rotation (the Works), which Michaela promised in 30 minutes, actually was completed in 25 minutes. Last time it was done at another Ford dealership it took 1 and 1/2 hours to complete! Excellent service by a very friendly and competent staff. Am extremely happy with my experience at the Hudson Ford dealership. Service Department proficiency and courtesy is a rare commodity but this operation glows in its competency. Couldn't be happier. I go out of my way to use their service department any chance I get. Their advisors are eager to assist and troubleshoot. They go as far as to try and eliminate any possibilities even before to check in your vehicle and pay someone to find out it was something simple. If you are in need of a new or used car, or just service on any FoMoCo product, I’d highly recommend this dealer. More
