The consultant that assisted me on Saturday, Jeyson, has a station where both his monitors are together blocking the view of a customer he's assisting. That is not in favor of the customer. I came in for my a station where both his monitors are together blocking the view of a customer he's assisting. That is not in favor of the customer. I came in for my 80,000 miles service. Jeyson asked me if I had other concerns which I shared that the bolt from my sun visor fell out and the cover is loose. I am thinking because of the monitors blocking me he may have misunderstood me and had my sunroof checked. Jeyson also mentions that one of my tires has a slight uneven wear and recommends a $200 alignment. That made no sense to me. I get all my servicing done at this dealership and my tires are always rotated. I've never left more frustrated. Not a good experience. Jeyson quoted me $183 for the service but the link that was sent to me via text had $326. Next time I will wait for Skyelar. More
