He is very detailed in describing vehicles and unique differences. My son and I were most interested in the features and technology in the 2014 Jeep Cherokee and we were not disappointed ! We took a 2015 Cherokee for a test drive and did not like the engine turn-off when stopping. Mike pulled up a 2014 Cherokee that met all our criteria, and it was not long until we were negotiating price. Good trade-in price, manufacturer discounts, dealer discounts, year-end model clearance rate, and disabled Viet Nam veteran discount. Quick paperwork, delivery status preparation, and a VERY thorough explanation and demonstration by Mike of every electrical, mechanical, and technology feature in the Jeep.
