Everything went well, except my new truck over heated due to a coolant leak. That, hopefully, has been fixed. I also found a dent on the driver side door that should not be on a new vehicle. I made the attempt to try to buy from Mike at Corwin, which turned into a giant cluster. Mike didn’t seem concerned about anything other than closing the deal - very old school type of salesman. Didn’t care about what I was looking for, just was pushing to get it through. Trying to get payment numbers was almost impossible without calling repeatedly, and even then, I spoke with other staff who had no clue what was going on. I applaud the used car manager for trying to rescue the deal, but I chose to work with a different dealership. The overall process was very frustrating, and Mike along with Corwin needs to reevaluate their processes and focus on the customer needs. Corwin’s vehicle was my #1 choice, and I was ready to buy, but the service I received was terrible. More

Poor customer service. My husband went to financing and warranty department and the service representative that was there was too busy looking at his phone to assist my hu My husband went to financing and warranty department and the service representative that was there was too busy looking at his phone to assist my husband. We have brought our vehicle in there to be serviced and they have not contacted my husband about the vehicle we have had to contact them. Our vehicle was into the service department four times within 60 days for the same issue. More
