It was great Thanks They were respectful and dependent. They did service at the scheduled time and gave a report of what they did. The only thing is that my second key was not delivered to the dealership. They did service at the scheduled time and gave a report of what they did. The only thing is that my second key was not delivered to the dealership. It was understandable that it was not the dealership's fault. However, the service crew apologized and rescheduled another time for receiving the second key. More

So far the service has been good. I had questions and my sales lady Christine was busy. James answered my questions. Only complaint so far is the battery went dead on the key fob in 4 I had questions and my sales lady Christine was busy. James answered my questions. Only complaint so far is the battery went dead on the key fob in 4 months. I asked family and friends how long theirs lasted and all said 5 years or longer. Person who put in new battery grudgingly said he would not charge me only after I complained. More

As far as I'm concerned, Michael is one of your most valuable employees. He is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything I needed to know in detail and answered all of my questions valuable employees.
