I decided it was time to trade in my 2010 Forrester and find a replace. Started my journey with Sam Spenser of the World Subaru sales team. Sam was courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable through what is often a not so pleasant experience. He gained my trust and confidence that he was working to get me the best deal possible within my price point. For me, that turned out to be a 2024 Crosstrek. It was a world apart from my 2010 Forrester. Tara Mullins was exceptional in providing a “how to” orientation and walking me through the incredible set of options my new Crosstrek came with. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. Most importantly, she was patient and had a good sense of humor. I left the World Subaru lot very pleased with my decision, the treatment I received, and able to navigate the host of digital and other options in my new Crosstrek! More

Out of state buyers beware! During the close of the sale in July, their finance manager Michael told us the fee out of state registration and title is $500. When I questioned it During the close of the sale in July, their finance manager Michael told us the fee out of state registration and title is $500. When I questioned it, knowing it shouldn't be more than $200, Michael told me that they charge a flat $500 to every out of state purchase because some states cost more than others, and that we should most likely receive a check back for the difference of the actual cost. Four months later, still no check so I started calling and emailing to try and find out why. After a couple weeks, thir GM Joe finally replied and said thir cost was $500 exactly. Apparently the company they used TnT title & tags, charges $250 for the registration and $250 for a service fee. This is obsurd. Talking with Haldeman Subaru in Trenton, they only charge $225, and said you most likely would get some back as most PA registration and titles only cost about $150. They said it's illegal to profit off Pa registration, however someone at World Subaru knows TNT is and doesn't seem to care. Also to note, they charge $699 for doc fees at World, where other dealers like Haldeman are about $400-450. More

George proved to have excellent product knowledge, applied no pressure to buy, and helped me find the right car. He was always kind and put me at ease when I asked him to see the same car again so I could make sure it was the right one for me. George realized that I have a physical disability and went so far as to bring cars from the back of the lot upfront to me so I didn't have to walk around the field of cars. When it came time to sign the paperwork, I was introduced to Mike Warnock. Most people feel very anxious when entering the F&I (finance & insurance) office. Mike helped me feel calm during these final steps of my purchase. He explained many options for financing my car and presented the different extended warranties available to me. So, it's time to get in my car and go, right? No, before I ventured out on the streets in an unfamiliar car, Tara Mullins came outside with me and went over all of the features of my Outback to help me acclimate to my new best friend, my blue Outback. In closing, my purchase experience at World Subaru was excellent. I will recommend them to my friends and family. More
