To be honest with you my experience with Ford has not been great since 1992 when I returned from Germany with a Ford Taurus which I had purchased prior to my deployment. When I returned it was having pr been great since 1992 when I returned from Germany with a Ford Taurus which I had purchased prior to my deployment. When I returned it was having problems with the heating coil and I brought it to a Ford dealership in Dallas and told the Service manager that I was in from Germany and my checks had an APO of NY on them which is a military address. I was told no problem, bring it in and they will get it fixed. When I went to pick it up the dealership would not accept my check, because "It was an Out of State check". I ended up having to to get the money from my in-laws to pay the bill. The next day while driving up to my next duty station I broke down in front of Pontiac dealer and walked out with a new car. I swore than I would never buy another Ford. I recently changed my mind after speaking with Ryan Huber and decided to give Ford another chance. Hopefully everything works out. More

My car required a repair on the heater prior to me taking possession. Now any time it’s cold out it won’t work. I brought it in for service and they said everything is fine. Unfortunately it’s NOT fixed. Sho possession. Now any time it’s cold out it won’t work. I brought it in for service and they said everything is fine. Unfortunately it’s NOT fixed. Short of having your mechanic available at 11pm when it keeps happening I’m forced to drive in frigid weather without a functioning heater. What does Ford expect or want me to do? This was not a cheap car so I’m very frustrated More
