I had good experience, my only issue was, for my car to be certified it should of had more coolant added.....coolant level low, had to buy more........hoping the certification didn't miss anything else. Michael told us that the car had no accidents and one owner. He failed to mention that the one owner was a rental company. We felt very betrayed. Yes, we could have examined the Carfax but the sales owner. He failed to mention that the one owner was a rental company. We felt very betrayed.
