Oil Change and Tire Rotation Chapman is customer first, I used their QuickLane service which doesn't require an appointment, and was in/out in less than 60-mins. Plus, the Parts D Chapman is customer first, I used their QuickLane service which doesn't require an appointment, and was in/out in less than 60-mins. Plus, the Parts Desk was able to assist me with a quick change of a battery in my key fob. Great experience, as always! More

They were very helpful, listened to what I thought was wrong with the vehicle and scheduled me in quickly. Great First Experience I needed to get a recall taken care of on my car and also asked the guys at Ford to take care of my state inspection/emissions so I could get everythi I needed to get a recall taken care of on my car and also asked the guys at Ford to take care of my state inspection/emissions so I could get everything handled at one time. I also had windshield wipers and a new tail light that I hadn't had a chance to install. I dropped off my car in the morning and they had it finished by lunch! The pricing was less than I had expected and my car is running great. Michael's customer service was top notch and he kept me in the loop from start to finish while my car was worked on. I also wanted to note that I had a great experience with their shuttle service. Both gentlemen who drove me to and from work, were friendly and great to talk with. I have been to other Ford dealerships with a past vehicle and while they were fine, the customer service here at Chapman was the best I've experienced. More
