Scheduled an appointment for recall repair. We drove an hour to get there and there were no parts. I expressed my displeasure about getting text reminders upto the time of the scheduled appoint We drove an hour to get there and there were no parts. When I expressed my opinion about it I was told to just unsubscribe. No apologies or anything just well them opt out. If he's the service manager then you would think someone would make sure the parts were there before the appointment or at least notify us before we drove there. More
