Mardi the front desk receptionist, nice and welcoming smile. Mike, salesman, a gentleman, he is excellent at what he does! He was patient, welcoming, frank and more importantly knowledgeable. If he did not know an answer to my question then he would go get the answer and did not try to lie. Nick, the finance manager, great attention to detail and personality. I have been looking for a vehicle for over 2 months now, this was my first stop in Tampa. Mike set the bar so high; no one else in Tampa, Brandon and Carrollwood could reach it. He treated me like a VIP and it was a wonderful feeling in this day and age. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Parks Lincoln of Tampa!!! I’m more than happy to be a part of this family. So far, my experience has been very pleasant. Saw a vehicle online, and Mine called me later that day. After texts, and a few phone calls, I came into the dealership to test drive just to make sure I l vehicle online, and Mine called me later that day. The price was in the range I told Mike I wanted to be in, and I never felt pressured at any time. Plus, didn’t sit in a dealership for hours doing the back and forth. That alone, was wonderful. More
