Mike Smith was responsive, respectful, helpful, and candid about both the new vehicle and my trade. Jose Torres was also a great help also in finalizing the logistics of the purchase. The entire team of sales and service worked with me diligently and seamlessly on some mandated recall & coordination issues with my trade-in 2015 Ram EcoDiesel. I negotiate commercial transactions, constantly, for a living and I've bought about ten new personal vehicles over the years, and this was the lowest-friction, highest-satisfaction personal vehicle purchase experience that I've had.
