The service advisor was dishonest regarding the repair work needed in my car. The diagnostic showed nothing wrong with my vehicle. He later told me cost 3 to 4K. He advised me “get rid of it” this was work needed in my car. The diagnostic showed nothing wrong with my vehicle. He later told me cost 3 to 4K. He advised me “get rid of it” this was after he learned I was interested in a new car. I took the car to another Chrysler dealership. They said it only needed sensors. There is only 53K miles on it. I showed him what the Fucillo advisor told me. He said no. This was a coordinated scam to have me purchase a new car. I did but from the other Chrysler dealer. More

A Miracle I applied for a vehicle with these guys and they were so great to me. I asked a lot of questions and Lindsay was great answering them and just making I applied for a vehicle with these guys and they were so great to me. Michael made it easy for me to get him the paperwork that he Needed. I have poor credit and Jim went above and beyond to make sure I could get a loan for the van I wanted. No one tried to make me look at a different vehicle that wasn't cheaper or more expensive or anything that would make it easier to get me a loan. I told them exactly what vehicle I wanted and that is the exact vehicle I got. I made them a few Cheesecakes and took them to their Amsterdam location as a thank you to them. I plan on making it a continuing delivery lol.. They have made a customer out of me. I've never had good luck with any other fuccillo Location and I told them that. They told me to give them a chance, so I did, and I am thankful to Lindsay for saying that. I have no plans on going anywhere else to get my vehicles in the Future. More
