While waiting for my vehicle service Lia sent me a complementary free vehicle inspection because this was the third year on this date that I purchased my 2017 Rav4. What a SURPRISE! So I told Mike about by sending him a message from my cell phone. When my service was completed Mike told me that the free inspection was included.With my oil change and tire rotation I got a savings of $40.00 off the bill. Thank You Lia!! I'll BE BACK! More

Michael Richards just looked underneath the car, where I said the noise was coming from, and said it was the splash shield. It was as simple a repair as he said it would be and there was no charge for the said the noise was coming from, and said it was the splash shield. It was as simple a repair as he said it would be and there was no charge for the clips to reattach it. I had been at the dealership for a tire rotation a month ago and was surprised no one caught it. He said he looked at the movie, and it was intact. It was great to be able to check off this box!! More
