Terrible customer service My dealings with Nissan of Cookeville was really one of the most frustrating experiences ever with a car dealership. Every step of the way (securing a My dealings with Nissan of Cookeville was really one of the most frustrating experiences ever with a car dealership. Every step of the way (securing a title, getting a registration, even obtaining a car manual) was a struggle. Multiple phone calls never returned. I was treated as an out of sight out of mind problem pretty much from top to bottom. I would not recommend them. More
