Hello Mary, We hate to hear that you had an unpleasant and frustrating time with us. It is never our interest or our goal to ever upset anyone, but to do the opposite and provide a truly exceptional experience. There are a few key things to clear up with your review however. When you purchased your vehicle with us in Tennessee, your previous vehicle had broke down while you traveled cross country from Massachusetts and we the dealership in an effort to assist you, paid for your hotel room to stay the night and rest from your ordeal. You were super pleased with our process and I am sure if you felt that our dealership wasn't providing you a truly exceptional service, there were many other dealerships within a 1 mile radius to work with. When registering a vehicle out of state, we can only do so much, we had sent over the documents to your local county clerk and provided them with as much information to ensure that your vehicle would be ready to be registered by you. We had even went so far as to provide you with additional items shipped to Texas and New Mexico, since you were still traveling across the country, so you would have the ability to conduct this process . It is the sole responsibility of the owner to ensure that their vehicle is registered, licensed, and insured in accordance to their state laws, not the dealerships. Massachusetts is also a title holding state. Meaning, that since you financed the vehicle, you will not receive a title until the vehicle is fully paid off for. We had had many conversations with you since your purchase back from December of 2018 and have had at least 10 logged phone conversations with our staff including management that range from under a minute to a full 5 minutes or more that have discussed and even assisted with everything that you have mentioned in your review. In all, this review is unfair and does not reflect the above and beyond services that this dealership had and still are providing you in your time of need and your overall satisfaction. Its a shame that when a business pays out of pocket for more than what we should have( looking back on it) , that we are subject to such scrutiny. We hope your Rogue is doing well and providing you with safe travels in and out of state.
