Great Experience! Everyone I interacted with at North End Mazda was fantastic, from beginning to end. I really liked that they had the option to text with them, too. When I went to the dealership to look at the car, everyone was very friendly and up-front. I never once felt like I was being pressured or deceived. Jason was very nice and knowledgeable when I first inquired about the car and went in to see it, and Mike, who was also very nice, got me a great loan through one of their partner banks. I signed papers with Tom, and that was quick and easy. Danny was super! He was our main point of contact, and provided great customer service and guidance throughout the entire process. Danny sat in the car with me and showed me how to use all the tech options that I'm not used to, and made sure I was comfortable in my new car. It was an exciting and totally non-stressful experience. They answered all of our questions completely and were totally transparent. I would recommend these guys to anyone. :) More
