We ended up choosing that same nice gray color for our own! He is a wonderful gentleman ! I am recommending him to all of my children & grandchildren. More

Most dealers waste your time playing games with your salesman going to the manager back and forth et I had an amazing experience at Town and Country. I got a great price on my lease immediately. I left here not feeling taken advantage of but excited for my new car. I will definite coming back once my lease is up! More

Terrible dealership, Dishonest, Run Away!!! I wanted to buy a Jeep but realized the only way to get a new vehicle from Town and Country Jeep Levittown, N.Y. with a payment I could afford was to I wanted to buy a Jeep but realized the only way to get a new vehicle from Town and Country Jeep Levittown, N.Y. with a payment I could afford was to lease one. After negotiating with the salesman who went back and forth to the manager, the manager finally came over with a paper showing how the deal would be structured to get a monthly payment I could afford. The sticker price (MSRP) after the advertised discount was $37,155. The manager stated to make the payment(s) affordable he would include all the dealer incentives and rebates Town and Country Jeep Levittown, N.Y. gets from Jeep; and the price would be approximately $421.00 less than they paid for the vehicle. He said: “The numbers are in black and white!” The black and white numbers and final paperwork said? • The black and white sales price was approximately $34,235; The final paper work said? $39,294.86. What!!! • The black and white residual value was 51%, The paperwork said? 61%!!! There goes my chance of buying the car at the end of the lease! Now add the other Town and Country Jeep Levittown, N.Y. fees: • Tire charge: $12.50 • Doc Fee: $75.00 • Registration fee: $616.00 • Sales tax: $1,818.85 • Disposition fee: $450.00 (if I do not purchase the vehicle; see above) Really?!! Purchase option fee of $500.00 if I do buy the vehicle!! • Depreciation and Amortized amounts $10,991.50. • Rent Charge: $4,173.26 WHAT!!!??? I asked the guy doing the paperwork with me what the rent charge was. HE DID NOT KNOW. Works out to be 10.65% interest for renting the vehicle!! What!! Really!! with 771 and 794 credit scores!! When I asked why the numbers were different, Town and County Jeep Levittown stated: “THE NUMBERS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING...YOU'RE NOT BUYING THE CAR!!!” Lesson learned. Buy or lease a vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! More
