Although this purchase was years in the making and we knew we wanted an F-250, we were still undecided on the model year, gas or diesel option, paint color, and trim. Jason's outstanding customer-driven focus provided us with the clarity we were missing to find the vehicle that best fit our needs. Awesome Experience I typically do not enjoy the car purchasing experience, but my experience purchasing my new Explorer at Koons was very different. There was no haggli I typically do not enjoy the car purchasing experience, but my experience purchasing my new Explorer at Koons was very different. There was no haggling over each individual vehicle. They provided their best "out the door" price and my husband and I felt it was a very good deal based on our experience at another Ford dealership. We contacted Jason before heading in, and he had the vehicle we were interested in being washed up for us before we even got there. Steve was a pleasure to work with and was very efficient. Once we got back to financing, Mike was willing to play with the numbers for us for several scenarios which helped us make sure we were comfortable with our monthly payment. This is our 2nd purchase at Koons, and both time haves been wonderful. We will be sure to go back to Koons with any future purchases. More

I made an appointment to test drive the car and during the process I was given professional and courteous service. On the day I arrived for the test drive the vehicle was washed and waiting for me to view and test drive.
