I am known as “ Mikey Mercedes” and that is due to my passion for Mercedes and the love of what I do! Getting to meet so many incredible people is what excites me the most about my profession. Most of our clients are now some of my best friends. My goal is to give our client an experience that is free of headaches, free of stories, and most importantly free of the salesman “fluff” After more than 3000 sales, I am proud to say that most of my business is now repeat and referral. This is true only because I do not just deliver the “finest engineered car in the world“ I deliver a relationship that is prepared to handle all of their automotive needs at any time. I am dedicated and committed to my pursuit of accommodating and creating an experience “ like no other” for all. I have a bachelor’s degree in business from Hofstra University and started my career here at Helms Bros. 24 years ago , cleaning cars. Now, I have been the “Salesman of the Year” for the last continuous 16 years.

Convenience and ease of doing busines Usually when one goes to a car dealership you anticipate being hassled and getting the run around. Thankfully this is NOT true for Helms. They actually care and go above and beyond to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the entire experience. Mikey is without a doubt the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I’ve already recommended Mikey and this dealership to all of my friends and family and can not stress how simple and stress free it was to deal with him and the entire Helms team. More

2020 GLE - Thank you Mike! We started looking into a 2018 GLE SUV around winter of 2019. Mike gave us very clear and professional input and advice regarding our potential purcha We started looking into a 2018 GLE SUV around winter of 2019. Mike gave us very clear and professional input and advice regarding our potential purchase. During this conversation he brought up the new 2020 GLE SUV and suggested we consider it. To make a long story short, we took Mike's advice and went ahead with the 2020 GLE and we couldn't have been happier! The vehicle is amazing and was totally worth the extra wait. Everything went smoothly as we ended up with the exact color and option spec we were looking for. A+ all around. More

Great Mikey was great. He exceeded every expectation I had. The price I got for the trade in was great. The price I got the for the GLS 450 was great. Mikey was great. He exceeded every expectation I had. The price I got for the trade in was great. The price I got the for the GLS 450 was great. And overall I’ve loved the GLS. It drives wonderfully. It has all exceeded my expectations in almost every way. My only disappointment is really my own fault—based on mistakes in my research. I thought the GLS came standard with cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. I didn’t realize these weren’t standard—but were options. My research was wrong, and I was a little surprised that the GLS that I purchased didn’t have these options. I might consider in a year or two trading the GLS for a more highly optioned model. But I would 100% contact Mikey and his team at Helms if I chose to trade it in. Overall though I’ve been incredibly happy with the service I’ve received. More

Dealer corrected error in Car options. Once we drove the car home from the dealership we discovered that a critical option my wife requested was missing.... the rear and front proximity sen Once we drove the car home from the dealership we discovered that a critical option my wife requested was missing.... the rear and front proximity sensors. I contacted the Adviser, who upon investigation offered to corrects the omission at no charge to us. This is what I call... Servoce and Customer satisfaction. More
