I did a lot of research prior to my purchase and the car I chose was a great value and although I hoped for more, what I got for a trade -in was fair as well. My only complaint would be the wait time for the paperwork. However, I was also pleasantly surprised with the no pressure pitch from the finance department on the extended warranty. Gave me enough information to make an educated decision. More
