I waited a week ans half for an appt 09/13 for a recall of head lites for my Grand Mar. (2003). Except one time getting it serviced in Maine at Quirk in Bangor while on vacation, I have taken it to Haldeman for servicing since I bought it there in 2011. When I tell people it has over 130,000 miles the Bangor while on vacation, I have taken it to Haldeman for servicing since I bought it there in 2011. Just recently bought my 2018 Outback. From Haldeman Subaru . The entire staff was amazing. It started with Joe Bailey as my Sales Rep. he answered all of my questions and had tons of knowledge of Subaru . The entire staff was amazing. Chris Silakowski did all of my paperwork and helped get an amazing rate. One of the best finance manager I have ever dealt with. The sales manager Mike really took care of me when I brought up a concern I had with my new purchase. He worked with service to help get it corrected right away. Mike in service was amazing.
