Out of the 10 or so dealerships I spoke with in Southwest Florida, Wilde was the best by far. My salesperson Kim Cannello was easygoing and direct, and made good on everything she said she would do. Kim was a pleasure to deal with. I got the best price at Wilde and Kim and her order specialist went to no small lengths to get me the specific vehicle I wanted and on time. Michael Malmsbury gave me an introductory tutorial on the 2014 Odyssey Elite with the option to come back once I had learned enough to ask questions about the technology functions that mattered to me the most. What tells the story best about the level of satisfaction you are likely to receive overall is their wall of staff pictures next to the brass bell by the door. The majority of the 20 or so staff members have been there 8 years, 20 years, 25 years. For a car dealership, that speaks volumes. The contentment of the staff and their commitment to customers was felt throughout my experience purchasing a car there. Will buy there again. More

He was patient and not in the least bit pushy as I worked through my options. He worked hard to find me the perfect car to fit my lifestyle and my budget. Once decided he made the leasing process so smooth. Then taking the time to patiently sit and drive in my new Honda and go over every detail/setting etc., even taking the time to connect my phone to Bluetooth and teach me how to program the voice command system. Then he went above and beyond, after filling my car with gas he drove it to drop it off at my place since I had my old car. Great experience. Great Staff. I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey from Wilde Honda 1 year ago. It was exactly what I wanted, white, touring edition, with one owner and hadn't been in a wreck, at least that's what I was told. My sales rep ago. It was exactly what I wanted, white, touring edition, with one owner and hadn't been in a wreck, at least that's what I was told. My sales representative also certified the van for me informing me that it goes through a 150 point inspection before it can registered as a certified vehicle. If you look up the certification process, its very detailed and covers everything to make sure that the vehicle is just as sound as it was the day when it was new. Today I'm trading in that same vehicle for a newer model, assuming I'm going to get a good trade in value, when my new sales person at another dealership informs me that this vehicles value is going to be a lot less than what they promised over the phone because it was involved in some sort of an accident although they did a good job to hide it. He lifted the hood and showed me all the evidence of a hit. I was totally shocked!!! To add salt to the wound I contacted Honda America to file a complaint about what had happened and they informed me that the van wasn't even registered as a certified vehicle. So here I am at another dealership now paying the extra money that I saved by purchasing my vehicle from Wilde Honda. If your going to purchase from this dealer I would suggest you have your vehicle inspected by a third party before purchasing it from them. I was directly mislead by the sales representative into purchasing a perfectly good, accident free, certified Honda odyssey. All I got was a heavily depreciated asset that now is going to cost me more. I wouldn't purchase a Honda from this location, look at other dealers, there are plenty of other honest Honda franchise locations that will sell you a vehicle with honesty and integrity. More

He recently got me into a new 2013 Accord Sport Lease and I LOVE THIS CAR. It's sporty and fast and very very sharp looking. The electronics inside this car are amazing, syncs all my information from my smartphone through Bluetooth and I can listen to my songs or Pandora at the push of a button. It even allows me to add a wallpaper to the home screen! Anyways, I can't say enough about the staff as a whole at Wilde, I have purchased/leased 4 cars in a row now for them and they know that they have my loyalty no questions asked. I had a second dealership try to pitch me on a lower offer (through a friend) but I turned it down due to their exceptional service and high quality automobiles. This is my second Accord, before that I had a Civic and my wife and I share the new sport as well as a Honda Odyssey for whoever has the kids that day!
