Looked at Honda Wilde and the site was clean and I was able to look at the two vehicles that fit my description. Made the 45 mile drive to the dealership where I met Michael Malmsbury. Michael was helpful in explaining the car's features. I explained that I wasn't going to make a purchase at that time and he made sure to let me know that he'd be there when we were ready. Came back a few days later and worked the deal. The car has been great and we're very happy with our purchase. Michael has done a good deal of follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Only change I would make is not to make your customers wait so long to get to the paperwork portion. We will be back for our next purchase. More

We never felt as though we were shopping for a car in the traditional sense (eg. high pressure, commission-focused salesmen who don't care about the potential customers' needs, etc.) It was more like talking with a well-informed neighbor or friend about which car to choose. We are very pleased with Mike, Steve in Finance, and this Honda dealership, in general. We would recommend Wilde to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

When I came back to pick it up a couple days later, Iane Da Silva did an excellent job of setting it up for my needs, explaining many of the new features and we scheduled an appt to complete my training and Stephen Morris got the paperwork done as easily as that part can go and because he's so personable it made the time enjoyable. On my return visit, Michael Malmsbury patiently taught this senior citizen to use all the new features on my Touring Edition, and assuring me I could come back for more help once I'd driven the car a while. Everyone I dealt with at Wilde Honda was really just wonderful to deal with, very friendly but also knowledgeable and efficient. My buying experience was excellent. More
