Michael was respectful, professional, low key and very patient. I wasn't sure about what kind of car I wanted. I went back several times but nothing seemed to fit for me until we finally found the dark red CRV. Throughout the process Michael was incredibly patient, kind, returned all of my calls and texts in a timely fashion and did everything possible to help me get the car that I wanted. Everyone that we came into contact with at Wilde Honda was professional and helpful. One of the things that I like most about Wilde Honda is that they work as a team and were always willing to help one another out when needed. I would recommend Wilde Honda to everyone known to me. PS... I love my Honda CRV! More

I run my own business and after working with Michael getting a Accord from him, he put a big impression upon me. The reason is how he takes care of you and makes you feel like you are his only client. He listens to what you want and gives suggestions on what may work best for you. I am most impressed with his knowledge of his Honda product but also of other manufacturers products in case you're looking for a non Honda used vehicle. In my business I have many clients come in and after talking with them, I find out they may be looking for a vehicle. I believe in sending my clients to people I trust! I have sent many of those clients to see Michael. I have sent my clients to Michael knowing he will take Great care of them as he took care of me and each time he has delivered with flying colors. I have to tell you of one client I sent who is very detailed person and reads up on his product especially when he wants to buy something and he will know more than the person selling the product and then tells me about it the next time I see him Michael took my client and gave him the best Experience he has ever had purchasing a vehicle, which was the New CRV Touring with all its new technology. My client told me, never has he had someone know so much about his product but also show him things he did not find out from his own reading and investigation. My client was so in awe of his knowledge and did purchase the CRV from Michael. Above and Beyond I originally thought I might buy a 2018 Accord and Michael was great showing me all the features and having me do a good test drive. It became apparent to me that I really needed to try out a Lexus ES 350 to be sure of my choice - I have a Lexus now. As Honda and Lexus are both Wilde businesses, Michael took me to the Lexus dealer, showed me the cars that might suit me and did a Lexus test drive with me. Turns out I'm a Lexus girl. Michael took me through the buying and delivery process - spending hours doing this - and made sure I had everything I needed. He is amazing and goes "above and beyond" and knows his cars. More

Mike is knowledgeable about his products. He is prompt to get back to you with any questions you might have. He also does not rush his customers. On the delivery of the vehicle, Mike spends a great amount of time demonstrating the features and doing the personalized settings. He spends an equivalent amount of time fielding questions. He also makes himself available by phone or email if there are any more questions. Of course,he always welcomes an in person visit at the dealership. He was referred to me by my brother (who bought a car last year with Michael) I called him the day before to check on the availability of the car that I see online and I drove all the way next day from Saint Petersburg to Sarasota to meet him. You won't be disappointed when you see the parking lot. Huge selection of cars especially if you look for a Honda. I can't say enough about Michael attitude when dealing with customer. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, willing to bend for a deal. For me, the best part of his selling process is explaining. He explains in details how he comes up with the selling price and why he would pay for the trade-in (by the way, the trade in price was very close with Kelly Blue Book quote). Everything is clear, no hiding and no pressure. Michael is detailed-oriented and very organized. He called me the day before to arrange the car delivery and texted me the name of the driver and his phone number just in case...I wouldn't mind driving down again to WildeHonda in Sarasota if I need another car in the future.
