He's not the typical sales consultant that tells you what you think you want to hear so he can get you in a vehicle. He actually listens to you and works with you. He's straight up, transparent, honest and a man of his word. I hope Christopher Irvin is around the next time I have to purchase another vehicle. Mack did a great job, explaining what was needed on the service as well as what I was covered for and one of the recalls for the hood latch. During the service they noted that the battery was going bad, co service as well as what I was covered for and one of the recalls for the hood latch.
