Excellent service again provided by Michael Lance from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and pickup. This is our 3rd lease administered by MIchael The only service issue of note was limited to the initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and pickup. The driver arrived later than expected, delivered a vehicle key with a dealership tag attached (that required removal with tools) and zero introduction to the vehicle. A second vehicle key was also not provided which required follow-up after the fact. More
