I absolutely LOVE my Premier '24 Outback Touring XT! I also LOVED the overall buying experience from Premier. Mike LaRovera's demo of the Outback (even when I said I know more about it than he did) wa I also LOVED the overall buying experience from Premier. Mike LaRovera's demo of the Outback (even when I said I know more about it than he did) was the BEST I’ve experienced as a buyer of any car in the last 40 years. Mike’s demeanor is so genuine and personable, HE ADDS VALUE for your customers. Mike explains all of those things that make your car special that you DON"T SEE. The buying expierience was win-win. I wanted to save some money, and dealers need to make a reasonable profit so they have cars to sell. They didn't play games and presented a very reasonable offer. We tweaked it once, and that was it. Done deal! Carlos Batitista delivered the vehicle. My head was spinning at all of the screens and buttons. He went over every INCH of that DASHBOARD and to ensure I was comfortable with it. I sent a note to Bob Alvine about my experience. He responded immediately and personally! I have never experienced this level of service when buying a car. More
