My initial contact was Kelly who was very nice, professional and helpful with finding the truck that I wanted and helping with getting a quote with my trade in. Joe was also very professional and worked hard on getting me the best trade in price possible. Mike then explained all the paperwork to close the deal. Overall, i was very pleased with the way I was treated from beginning to end and the experience was easy and pleasant. My experience at Princeton Land Rover far exceeds any previous dealings I have had in a car dealership in a very positive way. Steve Budenz was knowledgeable ,cooperative and a straight shooter. There was no pressure or stress. I felt like I was buying a car from a family member. Jorge Figueroa exceeded all expectations searching, ordering and a procuring the exact model I wanted. When arriving at the port I was immediately notified and the next day it arrived for our transaction. Both individuals promptly returned all my emails and phone calls. Finally, I was in and out of the business office with Mike Krail in record time. He basically spoon fed all my needs prior to arrival and was honest and informative about various options.
