Alex Demsky was very well prepared for our visit and made getting our new Land Rover effortless. Nolan, the tech support person, was also extremely helpful. He set up our car, downloaded the app for me on my getting our new Land Rover effortless. Nolan, the tech support person, was also extremely helpful. There was no aggressive up-sell of other features like tire insurance or pre-paid maintenance. It was a real pleasure dealing with Karen and Mike Krail from the Business Side. Also the dealership was spotless. They really earned this review with a real dedication to old fashioned customer service. More
