My Experience Should train individuals with more knowledge on working with customers. Once I got with the right people my purchase went right along. The only thing Should train individuals with more knowledge on working with customers. Once I got with the right people my purchase went right along. The only thing which went wrong was I wanted the window door visits that snapped into the door itself, not the ones that got stuck into the door with 3m tape. Then there is some missing tape. I know and curious on how long they'll last especially running through car washing. Other than that I am really enjoying my Ford f150. Thanks again. More

A great place to buy a vehicle Jason Heaps was great to work with. He did a great job working with the amount I needed for my trade in and where I needed my payments to be. There wa Jason Heaps was great to work with. He did a great job working with the amount I needed for my trade in and where I needed my payments to be. There was no pressure put on me to buy a car. Jason did a great job finding the vehicle we needed to make the deal and one I wanted. Overall experience was great! Even that other sales people and receptionist made it a great place to do business. I would recommend Roundtree Ford highly and will go back there for my next vehicle. More

What a wonderful experience !! From the minute I walked onto the lot, I felt right at home. I was greeted by the General Manager Stephen Jones who assigned Brad Howell to show me !! From the minute I walked onto the lot, I felt right at home. I was greeted by the General Manager Stephen Jones who assigned Brad Howell to show me the truck I was interested in. Brad and I took a test drive and while I liked the vehicle, he brought another truck around and I knew I had to have it. Dealing with Mike Kelley, Brad Howell and Stephen Jones was such a pleasurable experience. At no time was I pressured and everything flowed smoothly. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to try Rountree Moore Ford. You can't go wrong and will be surprised by the relaxing yet professional experience.
