It is twenty one years since I first purchased a vehicle from Bill Jacobs. It was a fine operation then and is stellar in every way now. This time Maggie B looked after me and went the extra mile at every from Bill Jacobs. It was a fine operation then and is stellar in every way now. This time Maggie B looked after me and went the extra mile at every step, from showing me various models to effortlessly detailing their features during test drives. There was no pressure to buy and I actually had to request a quote. That is Bill Jacobs style. The car was spotless and charged to 100% when I came to collect it. Their genius Micheal F then set up the My BMW app and carefully guided me through the technicals. In all it was a very satisfying and pleasant experience, definitely worthy of five stars! More
